Mall operators announced their adjusted operating hours over the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine or ECQ in the NCR Plus bubble.
The NCR plus is composed of Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan and Rizal.
The ECQ will take effect from March 29 to April 4 (Easter Sunday).
SM Supermalls announced that only essential stores like supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, hardware stores, and restaurants that offer takeout and delivery will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The mall also offered free parking to all customers during the ECQ implementation.
Robinsons Malls also adjusted its operating hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM for supermarkets and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for its other stores.
Shangri-La Plaza also announced that its essential stores will remain open between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Ayala Malls, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls and Araneta Malls also made their similar announcements.
The latest numbers as of March 27 show that the Philippines has logged 9,595 new coronavirus cases bringing the total to 712,442 . This the second straight day that the country recorded over 9,000 cases.

The total number of active COVID-19 cases is at 118,122, also another record high.
10 new deaths were recorded increasing the death toll to now 13,159.
The government also recorded 481 new recoveries bringing the total to 581,161. (TDT)
