- The Etihad Rail Project
This is a 1,200km railway infrastructure project built in the UAE where it aims to provide transportation links between the UAE and its Gulf Cooperation Council neighbors.
Orandantes Delizo, Project Manager – Tebodin Middle East, was a part of this project as a Senior Structural Engineer leading and managing all the structural design of all the substructures and superstructures in all specified stations for all its required structures specifically control & AVI towers, office and control building, substations, carriageway, and others.

This is a skyscraper in Dubai which is known for being the tallest building in the world. The building provides a rich array of amenities and services that provide residents and their guests an unparalleled lifestyle experience.
Dr. Mary Jane Alvero Al Mahdi, CEO – Prime Group, has led Geoscience Testing Laboratory, a subsidary of Prime Group of Companies, to work on mega-projects such as Downtown Burj Dubai – which included the Burj Khalifa.
3. Al Seef Dubai Creek Heritage Area
This is a 2.5 million square foot development which has two sections – a heritage area featuring old architecture, and a second space featuring more contemporary structures. Al Seef celebrates Dubai Creek’s beginnings as the famous coastal pearl diving base.
Christine Espinosa-Erlanda, Associate Partner – Godwin Austen Johnson & Architects, is involved in making Al Seef the iconic landmark that it is today. Together with the design team, she was responsible for the design of the Heritage Area master plan, along with the design and construction supervision of the eastern section which follows a more traditional heritage style.
4. Abrahamic Family House
This is an interfaith complex on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi which aims for people to have a deeper understanding of our common humanity through mutual dialogue, exchange of knowledge, and the practice of faith.
James Roy Jimenez, Senior Architect & BIM Manager – Zublin Construction LLC, played a big part of the realization of this architectural gem as an architect together with his team at Zublin.
