The UAE tops charts once again as UK-based luxury travel group Kuoni ranked the UAE as the World’s Most Searched Destination for 2021.
Dubai was listed as the most searched-for holiday spot for 2021 in 11 countries, owing to the emirate’s futuristic landscape.
“Each of the seven emirate states has its own characteristics, but they’re all an excellent destination for some winter sun. Dubai has a futuristic style with soaring skyscrapers, epic shopping malls and long stretches of beach,” said the website.

2021 also marks the UAE’s 50th year since the founding of the union, making it an opportune time for visitors to take part in the celebrations within the seven emirates.
Canada ranks second in the most searched-for destinations, together with the USA. Google Trends also reveals that the term ‘2021 holiday’ has witnessed an increased search of up to 124% since March 2020, an indication that many individuals have been planning next year’s getaway as early as this point in time.
