Celebrity couple James Reid and Issa Pressman stole the spotlight at this year’s Preview Ball. Their high-profile appearance came on the heels of Reid’s similar outfits with his ex-partner and former Careless artist, Nadine Lustre.
Reid and Pressman coordinated in head-to-toe white ensembles meticulously styled by Reid’s trusted fashion advisor, John Lozano. The inseparable duo held hands throughout the event, exuding an undeniable chemistry.
Reid donned an intricately embroidered, custom-tailored suit — a masterpiece crafted by Lozano and Peter Lyle Foz, paired with sleek United Nude boots.
On the other hand, Pressman wore a two-piece ensemble featuring a bandeau top and a flowing skirt. Like James, she adorned herself with exquisite jewelry from Tiffany & Co.
When asked about the recent “twinning” incident with Lustre, Reid clarified that the outfits were curated by Gucci’s international team for celebrity ambassadors, which included himself, Lustre, Liza Soberano, and Anne Curtis, for the reopening of the Italian fashion brand’s Greenbelt 4 branch.
“It just turns out that, you know, the outfits matched, and we looked great. But yeah, I just had a lot of fun at the Gucci event. I had a lot of fun with Issa, with Liza, and the rest of the Careless team,” James shared with Pep.ph.
It was only when Pressman pointed out the viral social media photos that Reid realized that he and Lustre had coordinated attire.
“Actually, he didn’t notice! I also didn’t notice! I only saw in the actual picture,” Pressman revealed.
