Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu arrived in Manila on Sunday, April 24. The Indian beauty queen from India arrived in the country aboard Air Beauty One days before the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 coronation night.
Sandhu was all smiles when she started to disembark from her plane and was greeted by fans and members of the media.
During a quick meet and greet the reigning Miss Universe said that she wants to try local Filipino food and explore the country. She also looks forward to meeting Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Bea Luigi Gomez.

“I cannot contain my excitement to meet the contestants of Miss Universe Philippines. And I can’t wait to explore this beautiful city and take away a lot of beautiful memories. I’m really excited to meet Bea, my friend, Miss Philippines and to make more memories,” Sandhu said.
Apart from Sandhu, former Miss Universe winners Iris Mittenaere, Demi-Leigh Tebow and Pia Wurtzbach will also be joining the grand coronation night of Miss Universe Philippines 2022.
Sandhu revealed to the media that she would be part of the judging panel.
“I think it’s one of the most difficult things to ever do, to be a part of the judging panel. I have been watching the girls and they have all been incredible. I can’t wait to see and meet them in person to see who was the spark and x-factor to represent this beautiful country and all of you,” she explained.

She also gave some tips on who should be the next Miss Universe Philippines.
“I think she just needs to be authentic, confident in herself and should be very wise of whatever she believes in and have that daring and courageous attitude to change the world,” she said.
