Bea Alonzo has admitted her relationship with actor-model Dominic Roque after months of speculation.
Alonzo confirmed her relationship with Roque after posting several pictures of their month-long trip to the United States in July.
“It wasn’t as if like masyado ko siyang plano or masyado ako nag-hold back or masyado akong nag-act upon what I was feeling. It just came out naturally,” Alonzo said in an interview with GMA News.
“Alam ko na prior to the posting, marami nang haka-haka ang mga tao-tao,” the actress added.

Alonzo said she was not trying to hide the relationship but was instead just being careful given her “past experience.”
“It’s not like I was trying to hide it. I think I was just trying to be careful given my past experience. Siyempre gusto kong masiguro muna kung saan siya pupunta bago siya gawing official,” Alonzo said.
“Syempre naisip ko rin we only live once and happiness is best when shared. I want to share my happiness. A lot of people have been part of my journey and almost everyone in this country knows my story. I appreciate that they are happy for me,” she added.
Nonetheless, Alonzo said she would like to “savor the moment” and celebrate the things that are happening in her life.
“I don’t want to let this just pass me by. Gusto ko siyang i-celebrate—everything about my life, new beginnings, and then now my love life,” Alonzo said. (NM)
