After much speculation on his rumored transfer, Richard Yap is formally introduced as a new Kapuso.
The former Kapamilya artist who got his big break from the teleserye “Be Careful With My Heart” signed his talent contract with GMA Artist Center on December 16.
“Are you ready to meet our newest Kapuso?” GMA Artist Center posted a teaser of Yap’s contract signing.
Yap was supposed to move to GMA last year after he lost in the 2019 elections. However, he made an appearance on ABS-CBN’s hit teleserye ‘Kadenang Ginto’, which dispelled rumors of his network transfer.
In July 2020, Yap appeared on noontime show Eat Bulaga’s Bawal and Judgmental, signalling his possible network transfer.
