Kapamilya star Angel Locsin was shocked by the House panel’s decision to deny the bid of ABS CBN Inc. to renew its franchise.
On Friday, the actress wrote on her Instagram account, “Tapos na po ang botohan. Kami po ay tulala at hindi alam kung anong gagawin.”
She thanked those who supported the network in the course of its operation in many years. “Gusto ko lang pong magpasalamat sa ilang taong pagtanggap nyo po sa amin sa inyong mga tahanan,” the actress said.
Hours before the decision came out, Locsin joined a caravan of ABS CBN employees and supporters calling lawmakers to allow the franchise renewal of the embattled broadcast company.

At least 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN group of companies are at risk of losing their jobs.
