Filipino celebrities and basketball fans are mourning the death of NBA legend Kobe Bryant.
Bryant was killed together with his daughter Gianna in a fatal helicopter crash on Sunday morning in California.

“Such sad news to wake up to… to hear about the passing of one of the most celebrated basketball players of all time, Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna.. and everyone who was on that chopper ride…May they all Rest In Peace,” Anne Curtis said in a tweet.

Senator Manny Pacquiao also paid a tribute to Kobe Bryant. He even shared a photo of him with the basketball star when he met him in Los Angeles.
“The impact and legacy he leaves behind will last forever,” Pacquiao said.

Basketball fan and hunk actor Marco Gumabao also expressed his sadness on Bryant’s passing.
“Wake me up from this nightmare please so devastated [right now] RIP Mamba,” he tweeted.
