Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia has revealed that he is not rushing to fall in love again after his break-up with controversial star, Julia Barretto.
During his promotion for his upcoming teleserye ‘The Killer Bride’ on ABS-CBN’s Magandang Buhay, the actor was asked about his most important lesson about love.
“Ako, natutunan ko na maging kontento ako. Kontento sa kung ano ang mayroon ako. Tapos ‘yung tipong kahit na isang linggo kayong hindi magkita, ‘yung ikaw at ikaw pa rin ang pipiliin niya, ‘yung ganun,” Garcia said.
His ex-girlfriend is now being linked to the break-up of actor Gerald Anderson and Bea Alonzo.
Garcia said that his focus right now is to further improve his craft and enjoy his current team up with Janella Salvador or ‘JoshNella’.
“Yun nga rin ang parang mina-master ko ngayon — mahalin ko muna ang sarili ko,” he said.
The morning show hosts asked Garcia about his dream girl and the actor said he is looking for someone who could be a mother figure for him.
“Same kami ni Janella. Wala rin akong specific na dream girl kasi ako basta na feel ko na love ko ‘yung babae o feel ko ‘yung babae. Wala akong arte sa babae. Naghanap din ako ng mother figure. So gusto ko ‘yung aalagaan ako,” he added.
