BTS’ “Bring The Soul: The Movie” now showing in the UAE

Heads up to BTS fans in the UAE: The popular K-pop boy band’s new movie is now showing in cinemas!

‘Bring The Soul: The Movie’, the group’s third film, aims to take us behind the spotlight and give us an intimate look at moments from their landmark ‘Love Yourself: World Tour’ in Europe, where they held 24 concerts in 12 cities.

The film’s distributor, Trafalgar Releasing, said RM, Jimin, Suga, J-Hope, V, Jungkook and Jin will share “their own stories as never heard before.”

The movie will also hit cinemas in Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, India, Egypt and Lebanon.

Their second film, ‘Love Yourself in Seoul’ was released earlier this year.

If followed the record-breaking release of ‘Burn The Stage: The Movie’, in 2018. Their first movie cemented itself as the highest grossing global event cinema release of all time, and drew a total of $18.5 million (Dh67.9 million) at the box office.

BTS, an acronym of ‘Bangtan Sonyeondan’ or ‘Beyond the Scene’ was formed in 2013.

It wasn’t an overnight success. Over time, they’ve gained millions of fans around the world. Their fan base is called ARMY.

The 7-member band has made quite a lot of history, too. From breaking records at music charts to releasing their own mobile game. The group was the first Korean artists ever to appear on stage at the Billboard Music Awards. They have also given a heartfelt speech at the United Nations.
