Fans of perennial on-screen love team and real-life couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla are wondering if they are now engaged after the former’s mother posted a photo on Instagram that suggests the thought.
“May nag proposed (sic),” Kathryn’s mom, Min Bernardo wrote on Facebook.
Because of Min’s post, many fans are speculating that Daniel has already popped the question to his girlfriend when they went to Japan.
While some gushed at the idea of Daniel and Kathryn getting married, there were also some who said that Min’s post might be referring to a business proposal or a new showbiz project.
As of press time, neither Kathryn nor Daniel has address the speculations. However, if the claims are true, fans pointed out that Kathryn is not wearing any engagement ring on her recent social media updates.
Kathryn and Daniel first confirmed that they have been real-life lovers for more five years now during the press conference of their movie “The Hows of Us”.
They even admitted that they have talked about settling down, but they were also quick to say that their marriage will not happen any time soon.
