Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre emerged as FHM’s sexiest woman for 2017, the men’s lifestyle magazine announced Thursday, June 29.
Early on, Lustre surfaced as the frontrunner in the initial result of the FHM Sexiest poll.
Her photos posted on social media showing off her toned body by wearing an array of swimsuits grabbed the attention of netizens. Hence, her victory came as no surprise.
Jessy Mendiola, last year’s winner, also made it to the top 10 of the sexiest woman list.
Rounding out the top 10 are Kim Domingo, Rhian Ramos, Ellen Adarna, Jennylyn Mercado, Angel Locsin, Liza Soberano, Maine Mendoza, and Solenn Heussaff.
Lustre got a total of 491,039 votes or 9.85% of the total. At second place in FHM’s list is Kim Domingo (450,192 or 9.03%) followed by Rhian Ramos (359,405 or 7.21%), and last year’s winner, Jessy Mendiola (350,182 or 7.03%).
Ellen Adarna (320,391 or 6.43%) ranked fifth followed by Jennylyn Mercado (318,273 or 6.39%), Angel Locsin (248,192 or 4.98%), Liza Soberano (201,925 or 4.05%), Maine Mendoza (200,182 or 4.02%), and Solenn Heussaff (180,294 votes or 3.62%).
FHM Philippines’ editor-in-chief Anton Umali said in a media report earlier in June that there will be no victory party for the winner this year.
The move was decided in order to re-allocate their resources to focus on their digital platform.
FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women list will be in their July 2017 issue, which will be out soon
