I. From your flat or drop center, the balikbayan box is transported to the warehouse.
II. It stays at warehouse for a maximum of 7 days because the ship leaves every week.
III. Once loaded, containers leaving Dubai bound for Philippines is about 2-3 times per week. It takes a maximum of 25 days for the container to reach Manila, Cebu or Cagayan de Oro from transshipment points in Singapore, Taiwan or Hong Kong.
IV. Once in the Philippine ports, the containers will take a maximum of 3 days to be cleared by the Bureau of Customs before it is transported again to a warehouse where the boxes are sorted out for delivery.

• Manila- total 35 days
• Luzon- 40-45 days
• Visayas- 45-55 days
• Mindanao- 55-60 days OR shorter by 1week for those with straight shipments
