The Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis, and Disasters Committee has approved several measures as the UAE eases its COVID-19 guidelines from today, February 26.

New Covid-19 cases:
– Removal of wristband requirement during home quarantine
Those in contact with Covid-19 cases:
– Removal of quarantine, to be replaced with daily PCR tests for 5 consecutive days
Tourist attractions and commercial premises:
– Increase in operating capacity to 90%
– Optional wearing of face masks in outdoor spaces. Face masks required in indoor spaces. Physical distancing to be observed
– Continued use of green pass and EDE scanners for visitors’ and employees’ entry
Events:
– Increase in operating capacity to 90%
– Optional wearing of face masks in outdoor spaces. Face masks required in indoor spaces. Physical distancing to be observed
– Continued use of PCR test and green pass for entry

Abu Dhabi Government building entry procedure:
– Green pass required for all employees, visitors and contractors
– Unvaccinated employees will not be allowed to enter without an exemption
Travel procedures:

– Removal of Covid-19 testing requirements related to list of countries
– Removal of quarantine for all international travellers
