The Catholic faithful in the UAE will witness an online live stream for the celebration of Palm Sunday today, March 28.
Principal celebrations for the Holy Week, which includes Palm Sunday, will be live streamed through the St. Joseph’s Cathedral Facebook page with a mass led by Bishop Paul Hinder OFM Cap, the Apostolic Vicar of Southern Arabia at 7:00 pm tonight.
“The opportunities available through the live streaming service of the Holy Week, besides allowing our faithful to participate in the mysteries to the extent possible, also provides the opportunity to reinforce our unity as the migrant church in Arabia,” read the statement from the Apostolic Vicariate of Southern Arabia (AVOSA).
