WATCH: Shocking videos capture impact of massive Beirut blast

Videos caught by closed-circuit television cameras (CCTVs) in some stores are popping up on social media showing the impact of the explosion in central Beirut, Lebanon on Tuesday.

A video shared by a certain D.J. Srez Beatz on Facebook shows a man sitting on a chair in what seemed like an office of a grocery store. In a blink of an eye in this 10 seconds video, the impact blew off the office door with the partition also falling due to the impact of the blast.

Luckily, the man survived the near-death experience and was able to get away from the flying debris inside the office.

The other three people inside the office were seen running to hide in one corner.

Meanwhile, in another video by the same user, a lifeless body of a woman was seen lying on the floor with a portion of the glass wall of a clothing store on top of her.

A man wearing black shirt who seems to be speaking to someone over the phone rushed to help the woman. When he lifted the portion of the glass wall, blood can be seen dripping on the floor from her head.

The footage also shows the clothing store covered in dust. Other adjacent buildings were also destroyed.

The death toll now is at 80 with 4,000 people injured.

Authorities’ initial reports say there were 2,750 metric tons of ammonium nitrate, a highly explosive material used in fertilizers and bombs, that had been stored for six years at a port warehouse.
