Precautionary measures have been implemented at Dubai Airports to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the Dubai Police assured.
Major-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-chief of the Dubai Police and head of the Crises and Disasters Team in Dubai personally inspected these measures being implemented at the airports since the outbreak was declared in Wuhan, China.
In the UAE, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) confirmed the first case of coronavirus infection in the country, today.

Major General Al Marri toured the arrivals area, security check, points, duty free areas, and transit halls.
The Dubai Police official also inspected the screening process for passengers, especially arriving direct flights from China.
