Non-stop rain in UAE breaks highest rainfall amount after 24 years

The incessant rains in the UAE is said to be the highest recorded amount of rainfall in 24 years.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) recorded at total 184.4 mm of water in Al Ain’s Khatm Al Shakla.
This beats the previous record of 144mm of rainwater in Sharjah’s Khor Fakkan in the year 1996.
UAE will continue to experience rainshowers up until Wednesday, based on the five-day weather forecast of NCM.
NCM has also issued rain advisories with different intensities.
The lowest temperature recorded today was at 1.3C in Jais Mountain.
There will also be a relative humidity set to increase by Monday morning over internal areas.
