Miss Universe Indonesia proud to be first ever bet to enter Top 10

Miss Universe Indonesia Frederika Alexis Cull may have not won the crown in Miss Universe 2019 but she felt that entering the competition’s Top 10 already meant victory for her.

In an Instagram post, the Indonesian beauty queen revealed how proud she was to enter the pageant’s Top 10, the first one from her country to do so.

“I am proud to say that I am the first Indonesian to make it into the top 10 at Miss Universe. As one of the youngest women in Miss Universe I know that I had to prove that I belonged there surrounded by amazing, inspirational women,” Cull wrote.

She added that Miss Universe 2019 was the biggest challenge she has to go through.

“Overcoming my personal fears is something every woman can relate to, and I hope to be able to become a beacon for young women around the world,” Cull added.

She also advised women to stay focused on their dreams and don’t let other people take that away.

“When you have a dream, don’t let anything stop you from believing that you can achieve it,” Cull added.

Miss South Africa Zozibini Tunzi was named Miss Universe 2019.
