In less than two months from now, the Australian band, Hillsong United will
take center stage in Dubai for the very first time – and yes, it ‘Salready sold out.
Booking for the first night was sold out in just a matter of days and the second night’s
ticket is 70-percent booked.
The Hillsong United Live in Dubai gig is scheduled for April 28 andl 29, 2017 at
Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium.
We spoke with the concert’s organizer, Voice International, and they gave us a
glimpse of a few things to expect from the much awaited stint of the popular band.
According to Voice International Director Sabu George, though the online tickets are
also sold out, people can still purchase tickets from Voice International office in Al
Garhoud or call at 2384240.
“It is not surprising that people want to get a hold of a pass at the concert. It is
Hillsong United’s first time in Dubai. Everyone from all walks of life has been waiting
for this moment to come and we guarantee we will all have a good time.”
Aside from securing a pass, everyone from the audience will have a chance to meet-
and-greet the members of the Hillsong United band.
“We are thinking of having a raffle for the meet-and- greet session, so everyone has
the opportunity to chat or even take a selfie with the band members.”
The band is known for its take in praise and worship music with a contemporary style
that is a mix of contemporary Christian music and mainstream rock. Expect more
than two hours of non-stop praise and worship. Hear them sing their latest songs
