(WAM) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship will allow the return of holders of valid visa holders currently outside the country starting June 1.
The Ministry and the authority confirmed the decision in a statement, noting that the government will facilitate the procedures of the return of the resident in order to help them reunite with their families after being affected by the measures against coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship urges holders of valid residency who wish to return to the country to register for the service of “residents’ entry permit” on the Authority’s website at smartservices.ica.gov.ae.
