A branch of a Filipino bakery in Abu Dhabi has reopened after it was ordered to close shop by Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority.
Reports from The National state that the bakery was able to reopen on January 21, in a mere a few days after the facility managed to meet the standards and rectify its violations.
The closure order which was served on January 16, states that the branch could reopen when the breaches committed were resolved.
The bakery, which was founded around 2008 in Abu Dhabi, had its branch in Shabiya closed after routine inspection of food safety officials revealed that they violated several regulations that posed health risks to the public.
