The Supreme Court (SC) has already ordered television network ABS-CBN to submit their comments on the petition filed by Solicitor General Jose Calida.
The high court issued this directive during their en banc session today, according to a report by CNN Philippines.

They have given the TV network 10 days to comment on the plea that seeks to revoke the existing franchise of the network.
In the same order, the court also sought for their comments on the proposed issuance of a temporary restraining order that will prohibit them from operating the KBO Channel.

Calida filed the petition on Monday citing the TV network’s legislative franchise should be canceled because of “highly abusive practices” of the network.
The network’s franchise is set to expire on March 30.
