His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has ordered the waiving of home loans amounting to Dh173 million for Emiratis in Abu Hail area in Deira.
Department of Finance’s Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, Director General of the Government of Dubai, said they have started freeing up citizens from financial burdens so that they can have a better quality of life.
The Finance official also said that they are coordinating with Dubai Real Estate Corporation’s Wasl to wave home loans at Abu Hail.
There are about 600 Emiratis who own 300 villas in the area.
