A tiger killed a farmer, a dog, a donkey and eight sheep at a remote Saudi farm and escaped to a nearby valley before it was captured.
The farmer saw the tiger coming for him after he forgot to lock the cage door at the farm in a mountainous area near the western town of Medina.
He killed the farmer and his donkey before attacking a tied dog and eight sheep, the Arabic language daily Sada said.
The tiger then fled to a nearby valley, but it was captured and brought back by farm hunters aided by Saudi wildlife experts, the paper added.
