The body that is believed to be the second of two missing Filipinos was found on Sunday, the Bangkok Post reported.
Fishermen found the body found the body near Krabi province, said Gov. Supot Rodruang Na Nongkhai.
The remains would be sent to Vajira Phuket Hospital for a post mortem examination and identification.
The body is believed to be that of Angelo Bien Rafael Cortez, who was identified by a tattoo described by his father.
The governor said they will get in touch with the Philippine government officials and the relatives of the victims so death certificates can be issued and the bodies can soon be flown back to the Philippines.
