Using a mobile bus, the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department went to workplaces of employees who complained of delayed salaries.
A special team from Abu Dhabi Labor Court and other officials spoke with the employees and their employers and asked them to settle their differences.
Right on the spot, employers paid their employees their due salaries.

In a series of tweets, ADJD said the Abu Dhabi Labor Court has “managed to put an end to a collective labor dispute.”
“The court has used ADJD bus court and moved to the company labour camp, where all the legal proceedings have been taken on site, resulting in the payment of the laborer’s delayed salaries and restoration of their rights,” ADJD wrote.
There was no mention nor a description of the employees and employers resolved by the mobile court.
ADJD also conducted awareness to around 22,000 workers at the Workers Village in the Musaffah area.
The activity aims to provide workers with legal education about UAE’s law and what are the rights of the labourers to ensure they will not be cheated by their employers.
The educational campaign is part of the Year of Tolerance 2019 targeting around 250,000 workers across Abu Dhabi to have awareness on their rights as labourers.
I wish ADJD will do it also on the Unpaid Employees of Commodore Steel Industries and Commodore Contracting Company who have been suffering for one year and two years respectively already.
