Tight race looms for last Senate seat

Reelectionist Senators Nancy Binay, JV Ejercito, and Paulo Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV are in neck and neck race for the last seat in the Philippine Senate.
 
Based on the unofficial tally of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) at 11:26 a.m. Tuesday, Binay is still on the twelfth place with 14,067,009 votes.
 
Ejercito is still outside the winning circle with 13,817,501 votes. He needs 249,509 votes to overtake Binay.
 
Tailing Ejercito is relectionist Senator Paulo Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV at fourteenth place with 13,707,133.
 
Meanwhile, Ramon Bong Revilla Jr. overtook reelectionist Senator Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III.
 
Revilla moved up to the tenth place with 14,093,281 votes. Pimentel sides down to the eleventh place with 14,089,180 votes.
