Hard Rock Cafe is set to open a branch its second branch in Dubai in November – this time, at the Dubai International Airport.
Customers of the world-recognized cafe will be treated to live performances and music-merchandise while enjoying their meals and hot cup of coffee.
“We’re thrilled to add Hard Rock Cafe to our DXB playlist. It is the perfect fit at an airport that is already world-renowned for its F&B, retail and music,” said Eugene Barry, executive vice president commercial at the Dubai airport.
“Hard Rock Cafe sets the standard when it comes to combining great food and music and is a vital component of our strategy to create an airport experience that is second to none,” he added.

Inside the cafe are spaces for different customer needs such as dining area/restaurant, grab and go food counter for those in a hurry at the airport, an entertainment stage where performers can play their songs live, and the Rock Shop which offers different merchandise.
The new cafe will be located in Concourse B at the Terminal 3 of the airport.
Once the branch is open, the Dubai airport branch will become the second active Hard Rock Cafe in Dubai. The first store is located at Dubai Festival City which started its operations in 2011. Another store was built along Sheikh Zayed Road in 1997. The store, however, was closed in 2009.
“Hard Rock has been looking forward to opening its second location in Dubai after many successful years of operating in this iconic city,” said Anibal Fernandez Lorden, Vice President of Franchise Operations and Development of Hard Rock International.
