An aircraft of All Nippon Airways briefly nosedived after its pilot attempted to land it in the middle of Typhoon Cimaron.
In the video, the passenger jet’s nose dips forward while trying to land at Tokyo’s Narita International Airport.
Fortunately, the pilot aborts the landing and is able to steer the plane back on its course.
The aircraft, a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, flew over Japan in the middle of severe turbulence of around 134 miles per hour, a wind speed that would make it difficult for anyone to land a plane, reported Mirror UK
All passengers were safe and accounted for as the pilot successfully landed the plane in a subsequent attempt. Over the weekend, around 300 commercial flights were cancelled in Japan.
