Filipinos in the UAE who love to connect with their families back in the Philippines are in for a treat as faster Internet connection is about to be launched in the emirate.
Telecom operator Etisalat will be launching a 5G network which is said to be two times faster than its 4G network. Etisalat’s 5G network will support Expo 2020’s goal, which is to be one of the most connected places on Earth both physically and virtually.
Through this initiative, Etisalat will be the first commercial site in Africa, Middle East, and South Asia region to provide 5G services.
