The Department of Transport on Sunday, May 13, announced paid parking schedules in Abu Dhabi during the Ramadan season.
The department announced that paid parking for vehicles will be divided into two timeslots: 9 AM to 2 PM during morning, and 9 PM to 2:30 AM for evening hours.
On Thursdays, however, paid parking will only be available from 9 PM to 12 MN.

People attending Tarawih prayers will be exempted from paying fees in parking bays around mosques. This will only be applicable if the vehicle will not obstruct traffic.
People attending Tarawih prayers will be exempted from Mawaqif fees in the parking bays surrounding mosques during the prayers’ time, provided that they do not block vehicles or traffic flow. Public are requested to adhere to resident permit parking regulations from 9 PM to 8 AM.
