Below are the positions offered by LBC Middle East and their respective qualifications:
Area Head
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in the Philippines
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in supervisory functions
- Knowledgeable in the field of Sales, Business Development and Trade Marketing
- Must be innovative and a good team player with knowledge on warehousing, commercial business and logistics
- Proficient in MS Office with good communication skills
Team Leader
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in the Philippines
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in supervisory functions
- Must be able to lead the team and supervise branch operations and develop opportunities for expansion
- Should have exceptional customer service, sales, decision making and people management skills to drive motivation for the team
- Driver’s license and knowledge in logistics will be an advantage
HR & Admin Specialist
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in the Philippines
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR & Employee relations and administrative functions
- Knowledgeable in training, payroll and timekeeping
- With Strong communication, training administration and time management skills
- Must be detail-oriented, well-organized and a good team player.
- Experience in Middle East companies is a plus
Sales Driver & Associate
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and with valid Middle East Driver’s License (for Sales Driver position)
- Must be physically active and fit and willing to extend long hours to meet company sales objectives
- Background in sales and customer relations is a must
- Familiarity of places around GCC region is a plus
