Young Pinay rejected from UK school turns out to have higher IQ than Einstein

This 11-year-old Filipino failed to make the cut in her first-choice school, but her IQ test results could tell that the unlucky one was the school and not her.

Mia Golosino was not admitted to her preferred school, Aylesbury High grammar institute, in London due to “oversubscription.”

This prompted Golosino’s parents to let her take the British Mensa IQ test in a bid to overturn the school’s decision.

Mia aced the exam and posted a 162-score line, which revealed that she appears to possess a higher IQ than Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking, who scored 140 and 160, respectively.

Mia’s mother believes that the Mensa results could help her daughter build her confidence.

“Mia puts a lot of pressure on herself and has such little confidence in herself that this is exactly what she needs. She really wants to go to an all-girl school because she advocates girl power she does not want to be outsmarted by boys, but I think that this has really helped her confidence,” the mother said.

Kicker Daily News reported that the young genius has decided to attend the Royal Latin School in Buckingham.

“We thought it might inspire other families whose kids did not get into their preferred school,” said Mia’s father, an information technology manager in the U.K
