PPIE unveils poster, miniature house-making competition for Filipino students on its 3rd year

The Philippine Property and Investments Exhibition (PPIE) has kicked off its annual PPIE 2024 Interschool competition ‘What’s Your Dream House?’ Poster Making Contest and Miniature House-Making Contest inviting elementary and high school students from participating Philippine schools in the UAE to showcase their creativity.

The competition aims to raise awareness about the significance of a dream house and foster an investment mindset among students

The contest is divided into three categories:

  • Category A: Consists of Grade 1 to Grade 3 students for poster making contest
  • Category B: Consists of Grade 4 to Grade 6 students for poster making contest
  • Category C: Consists of Grade 7 and above for miniature house-making contest

Participants are encouraged to utilize recyclable materials like cardboard, cloth, or plastic bottles for their poster-making and miniature house creations.

All entries will be proudly displayed at the 10th PPIE event which will take place from May 11 to 12 at the Bristol Hotel, Deira Creek, Dubai, UAE.

Judging will be based on two key factors:

Creativity and theme: A panel of Philippine real estate developers and community leaders will evaluate entries based on creativity (40% based on the concept and execution, 40% for clarity of message based on the theme and execution, and 20% for originality).

Onsite vote: Visitors can cast their votes for their favorite art piece from May 11 at 9 am to May 12 at 4 pm.

Take note: you have to be present at the event to cast your vote for your favorite entries.

Winners will be determined by combining the scores from both criteria, with creativity and theme comprising 50% of the score and onsite voting contributing the other 50%.
