During this period, the Command and Control Centre received an astounding 2.237 million calls via the emergency hotline 999. Remarkably, approximately 98.4 percent of these calls were answered within a mere 10 seconds, ensuring quick assistance for those in need.
These vital statistics were unveiled at the General Department of Operation’s evaluation meeting for the third quarter. These routine meetings play a crucial role in Dubai Police’s systematic approach to assessing the performance of its various departments on a quarterly basis.
