The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) cautioned UAE residents over possible heavy rains due prevailing bad weather condition.
NCEMA warned of possible flash floods and low visibility, advising people to stay away from flood-prone areas.
Heavy downpour is expected to continue until the late hours of Wednesday especially in the Al Dhafra region as well as central and southern areas of the country.
Overall weather on Wednesday is expected to be dusty and partly cloudy at times, with a chance of more rain in the east by the afternoon.
