President Rodrigo Duterte said that he fulfilled all his promises before he steps down as chief executive.
In a speech at the inauguration of the Cancer Diagnostic Institute Building and Cancer Treatment Facility Building of the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) in his hometown in Davao City, he asserted that his administration would pursue those involved in illegal drugs.

Several reports quoted him as saying that he felt fulfilled in life and could not ask for more.
Duterte also said he did not favor the places where he won from during the 2016 elections in the government projects.
