The Ras Al Khaimah traffic police have imposed more than 4,000 parking fines in one year.
The police issued 4,190 fines for parking violations from January 2021 to February 2022.

Brigadier Ahmed Saeed Al Naqbi, Director of Traffic and Patrols Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police has urged adherence to traffic rules.
Under Article 64 of the Traffic Law, the fine for a parking violation is AED 500 which ranges from parking in the space for fire trucks, behind other vehicles, during traffic accidents, in the space for people of determination, and at road bends.
