The local government of Baguio has eased restrictions for fully vaccinated travelers ahead of its annual flower Panagbenga Festival.
Tourists will now be allowed to enter the City of Pines as long as they are fully vaccinated and registered on the city’s website.

The city hopes that the easing of the restrictions will revive the sectors in the city that were badly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Health protocols will be strictly enforced during the festival to avoid becoming superspreader events.
Panagbenga Festival 2022 will have the theme “Let Hope Bloom.”
