A new Customer Happiness Centre was opened by RAK Police on Saturday.
According to Major General Ali Abdullah bin Al Wan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, said that the Customer Happiness Center was launched in line with the framework of the Ministry of Interior’s strategy for continuous development and improvement of police services.

Al Nuaimi said the new centre aims to provide direct communication between the Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police to address their needs directly.
The centre offers a diversified programs that includes 22 services from various public administrations.
The new facility will also provide advanced services through a qualified team who are experts in dealing with the public courtesy of their diplomas in customer happiness.

It will also host the unified 901 call centre and the electronic platform that includes all priority police services.
Al Nuaimi said that the centre will provide services at par with the international star system, as well as helping Ras Al Khaimah to achieve its target to provide an attractive environment for investment and tourism as part of its campaign to be the regional capital of tourism in Gulf region. (RA)
