Filipinos who are planning to head back home in the Philippines will now be subject to a total of 14 days of quarantine when they arrive.
The Philippine Embassy in the UAE released an advisory that reviews the updates of the latest quarantine and testing protocols of the Philippines, as approved by the Interagency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).
Under these rules, all OFWs arriving in the Philippines from other countries will be required to undergo a 10-day quarantine either at a government-owned facility or at a hotel.
