The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has completed its probe on the 12 occupants of the room adjacent to where Christine Dacera was found unconscious after a night of partying.

According to a report by GMA News, they quoted a source saying that all of them had undergone a polygraph or lie detector test.

The 13th guest, who was flown in to Manila from Tacloban on Friday, will still give his statement on Monday.

NBI spokesman Ferdinand Lavin earlier identified this man with the name of Ethan Maguire on social media.

Maguire, according to the unnamed source of GMA News, entered room 2209, where Dacera and her flight attendant friends were billeted, on the night of December 31.

If his testimony would be truthful, NBI may consider turning him into a state witness. Meanwhile, the testimonies of the 12 others will be compared to the physical evidence obtained by the investigators.

Dacera was found unconscious in the bathtub at past noon on January 1 after the party they held inside their room 2209 at the City Garden Grand Hotel in Makati. She was later declared dead at the Makati Medical Center. (ES)
