The Skyway Stage 3 project will soon be accessible to the public after the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in the Philippines completed the entire 18km road ahead of schedule.

DPWH Secretary Mark Villar posted a series of photos of the road project that’s part of President Duterte’s “Build Build Build” program and one of 23 projects under the EDSA Decongestion Program, set to aid commuters and motorists to cut their travel time to and from the capital.

“President Duterte fulfills promise to cut travel time from Makati to QC to only 15 to 20 minutes,” posted Villar in his official Facebook account.

The 18km road also aims to cut the travel time from SLEX to NLEX and vice versa from 2.5 hours to only 30 minutes.
