A 47-year-old teacher is now in critical condition after she was shot by a senior citizen using M-16 rifle. Another person is injured by stray bullet.
The victim, Glenda Vea is now confined in a hospital while her partner is also in the hospital after sustaining injuries.
Based on police report, the incident took place on Monday afternoon in Barangay Pansol, according to Abante’s report.
Their neighbors were shocked when the senior citizen went out of his house and shot the teacher with an armalite.
The police immediately caught the suspect.
It’s unclear though on what could be the motive as to why the suspect shot the teacher.
It was also discovered that there’s a pending case between the two in a Quezon City court.
