H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, met with a group of Emirati children who volunteered to clean up various Dubai neighborhoods following recent adverse weather events.
Sheikh Hamdan engaged with the children, expressing his appreciation for their participation and dedication. He viewed images showcasing their contributions alongside their families in restoring normalcy to the roads of various neighborhoods.
In a report by WAM, Sheikh Hamdan emphasized the importance of instilling love for their homeland in children, encouraging them to translate these values into actions that benefit both their families and society.

The event was attended by Alia Alshamlan, founder and managing director of Furjan Dubai, who joined Sheikh Hamdan in recognizing the children’s remarkable contributions.
Thousands of Emiratis participated in the clean-up drive after recent torrential rains wreaked havoc across the country, with children demonstrating their commitment to serving their community and nation.
