Elephants—both adults and calves—always have the internet gushing with their cute quotient. It does not take much for their videos to go viral – a new video that has caught the fancy of netizens comes from India and was shared by a senior forest officer.
Parveen Kaswan of the Indian Forest Services posted a two minute-clip on Twitter of an elephant herd walking around in a forest as the elders protected the calves during their outing.

One of the baby elephants, in the meantime, stops for a drink near a small pond and quenches his thirst. The video has been viewed over 6,000 times within hours of being made available online on Friday.
“A big fat family on a morning walk. This keeps them slim and healthy,” Parveen Kaswan said in the caption of his post. Kaswan regularly shares nature-related videos on his timelines, ranging from cutesy to eye-openers.

Last week, the video of a baby elephant playing with a human adult went viral. The boy was amused with the antics of the calf in the adorable video which was shared widely. Baby elephants throwing tantrums are also lapped up by the internet with much interest. (AW)
