The Philippine Consulate in Dubai has strictly set an ‘appointment-only’ policy in line with the UAE’s directives on practicing social distancing and other preventive measures to ensure adherence to the country’s guidelines.
Filipinos planning to get their passports renewed or their documents processed now have to go through an online portal to set their appointment at: Dubai PCG Online Appointment Portal
Individuals only have to register their details and receive an email confirmation of their appointment at the consulate.
They are then required to present a printed email confirmation to present at the gate. Appointments are also non-transferable.
Services include the following:

However, officials warn that individuals who do multiple bookings face possible cancellation of their appointment – stating that this act clogs their system and prevents other fellow Filipinos from booking appointments.
“Applicants are advised to avoid multiple bookings so as not to clog the appointment system and allow other applicants to book appointments. Multiple bookings may prevent you from receiving your booking confirmation and may lead to cancellation of your appointment.
