Boxer-turned-senator Manny Pacquiao refused to comment if he is eyeing the Presidency in the 2022 national elections.
Pacquiao, who serves as President of the ruling PDP-Laban, said it is too early to talk about politics months before the filing of the Certificate of Candidacy for the 2022 polls.
However, the lawmaker said it is every politician’s dream to become President.
“Kahit sinong politiko kahit barangay captain lang, nangangarap ‘yan maging presidente,” Pacquiao said in a virtual press conference.
Pacquiao, a known ally of President Rodrigo Duterte, believes that winning the Presidency is God’s will.
“‘Yung pagiging presidente o pagtakbo, anointed by God ‘yan.
Pacquiao also shared what could be his campaign platform for the national elections.
“Kung ako ang ilalagay diyan . . .
